When you do link to one of your pages, make sure that it actually complements the post you’re commenting on and that you explain why you’re sharing that particular link.

Diane Brady: So let me go to the fact that women are less likely to come pasado, and to speak with both of you about that. Diana, I’m going to go to you first.

So to me, it has not felt like a hindrance at all in my career and actually has been something that has truly been celebrated. I think it’s an incredibly exciting time.

Diana Ellsworth: Exactly. And so that’s where, when I think about it for myself, it just made such a big difference to be pasado, and pasado broadly at work. And I think it’s on two different levels. One, it just takes pasado some of that effort and background stress of filtering, right? Which is what you inherently have to do if you’re not out.







This underrepresentation increases the likelihood that LGBTQ+ women will feel isolated at work. With so few others like them, they are more likely to represent their entire group when they’re the only one like themselves in meetings or events.
